The BR accounts used on MUD voting pages (Quite sure created originally by Kiri) are still active. However they could do with being updated/one needs the address changing due to a typo etc. etc.

Who now manages those accounts ...

these are human build but are coverd in scales and live in water
although they can go deep in water with out harm
