The crying of a baby shattered the air, and an old lady gave birth. So came Cutlass, born to a servant of Mister Boddy, and a lumberjack working for Mr. Mint the Lumberjack. Every morning his dad went all the way to Candy Land to work. His mom got some time off from Mister Boddy to tend her new baby. He soon became accustom to life in their small house outside of Malacandra. From day one Cutlass knew he was different from all of the other children. He was soon up and about, and jests about that time his mother's leave ran out, she had to go back to work leaving little Cutlass at home alone. In the absence of both of his parents he discovered something he loved to do: explore! He soon realized that he was prefect for exploring, he was very rough and could take a lot of what ever came agents him. At first he explored around his house, then the closer parts of Malacandra, in no time he had come to know all the different parts of Malacandra. At the age of 5 he already knew the way to Calathar. Even with these skills he still had little if any friends. And so it was, a young boy with out any friends who knew his way around better then some of the elders. At the age of 7 his father woke him very early one day. He said that it was time for him to go. A confused Cutlass obeyed his father's orders. He soon recognized the path, they were going to Calathar. In a hurry his father gave him what little equipment he could. Confused and alone he was left by him self with the guardian of Calathar. The guardian soon realized young Cutlass's power, and talked him to trying to master, and even build on these powers. He was told to kill the trainees. He did this and soon realized he was growing and needed more space. With the new armor they gave him he was off on his new quest. He wanted to make more friends that are all, as he grew weird stuff happened to him, he grew a beak, talons, a tail, wings, and feather. He then realized why he didn't have many friends, he was a freak! He thought if he could gain enough power he would empress people, then they would be his friends despite his appearance. So, he worked as hard as he could and soon he had found him self-fighting with the best of the other people. Without knowing it his plan was working. It was working a little too well. He soon found him self-agents King Kandy. It was a very intense fight, but once again Cutlass had come out the victor. Then something really strange happened to him, he was a hero. Finally people looked up to him, he had friends. But he didn't feel like he fit in yet, he knew that he was missing something. And one day he found out what it was. Cutlass was promoted to immortal, everyone in Barren Realms would be his friend now. And forever.
